AW4416 Q/A

I am getting an unusual screen message when I try to start up my AW4416. It reads:

Error !!!! code: 0xFFFFF067
Do you start up MIXER section only? [Y Any]

I have never seen this message before...it is not a pop up message. I suspect it has to do with the CD-RW drive, which is factory installed, because upon pressing any key the MIXER section starts up and I can navigate through all sections pertaining to the MIXER section, but when I switch to the FILE, MASTERING, or SONG page it freezes up enitirely. It seems to not be reading the HD, or the CD-RW is screwing the system up. Any thoughts from my fellow AW series owners?
