AW4416 Error Code 0XFFFFF06D

Hi all,

Can anyone help. On starting up my AW4416 im getting an error message that says:
Error! Code 0XFFFFF06D. Do you start up mixer section only? [y(any)]

You can only select yes and then takes you to mixer section then pretty much freezes if you try to move around. This message started coming up after I switched the unit off while copying a CD (i know i know..im an idiot!!)

I am desperate to get this back up and running and to retrieve any lost work. Any tips would be much appreciated.
