Hello: I want to go from a balanced XLR line to two RCA jacks so I can use an XLR mic and line and then convert that to RCA so I can go into my Canon XL-1 camcorder. I don't want to blow anything up so I need some advice from one of you experts out there. I'm trying to record two seperate audio tracks on my camera, which it will do, but I'm not sure how it should be wired. I'm thinking that if I solder one wire to the pin on the RCA and solder the other wire to the pin on second RCA jack, then solder the shield to each of the RCA jacks that this will work. I'm not sure that it won't damage anything in my camera if I do this this way. Can someone help? It would be nice to get a direct email as I'm putting this message on other sites and it is hard to get back to all of them. Thanks. SPARK
