Blurry Picture

I was wondering of anybody could help me out. I live in the U.S., but get the CBC (Canadian Broadcasting Company) thru cable. Since about July the picture has been very blurry to the point of not being able to watch it. Has anybody else had this probelm, or know what migh casue it or how I might fix it?
