I've never personally used the MD8, but honestly my friend, it sounds like it's time to put it out to pasture. This is the 4th time you've had to put it in for service? I hope at least one or two of those times were under warantee. I hope other people who have had the problem will post here.. Maybe you'll get a class action thing going if it's a popular problem. But in the meantime, stop using it! It's only going to break again :)
