Boss 864 USB

Can anyone please help?

Trying to use USB export facility on Boss 864. Works great (almost!). The WAV/AIFF files do not contain the full track! Only manages part of the track(s), i.e. the rest is blank. It is also not consistent, i.e. different blank length!
