Is this a good way to mic drums?

1 Shure PG52 kick drum mic
3 Shure PG56 tom mics
1 Shure SM57 snare mic
2 samson overhead condensors (small diaphram)

We are recording for a home project studio and i am just wondering if this is an effective way to mic the drums, any opinions and suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Also, do overhead small diaphram condensors need phantom power?
