How to on the ZOOM MRS4

Hey everyone, I was wondering if anybody else out there has, or has used, the Zoom MRS4 Digital Recorder. I am trying to set the Master Recorded to record status so I can record all my tracks after the mixdown process. The book tells you to do it but I can't find "how to" do it. What button, or process, do i need to do do get all these tracks recorded onto the master track?
