Hello, I purchased an RCA5000 home theater system short of a yr. ago. Everything seems to be working fine except that alot if not all of my dvd disks are either continuosly in the loading process, or come up as No Disk errors.
After a while most of my disks will load..usually I have to try about 5 - 10 times before it will ..but they do load...can anyone please tell me anything?
I have tried dry and wet lens and dvd cleaning systems...air cans, all my cables are connected properly. I have heard that my dvd lens may have to be aligned manually?? If so...does anyone know how or where to go for that?? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!!!!!
