Hello, I am writing this post because I purchased an RCA HTS-5000 under a yr. ago..everything works fine except that either I have to repeatedly load my dvd disks several times for them to play or it will just load continuously or give a no disk error. I have tried dry/wet dvd and cd lens cleaners. I have heard that I may have to reset my system or have my lens manually aligned?? Any help or info on this please post!!! Thanks!!
