YUV to RGB and DV-868Avi multiregion hack

Iīve just installed my Pioneer super team, A/V Amplifier VSA-AX10i and DVD player DV-868AVi. ITīs almost perfect, except for 2 things:

-I wanto to make the DVD multiregion, do you have any hack to do it by myself?

-I want to connect the amplifier to the TV trough component to RGB Scart, do you know any circuit or device affordable to do it?
