Not only can you file a complaint with www.bigclassaction.com, but I have learned that there is a lawsuit FILED by Sheller Ludwig & Badey for series DVP-S560D, DVP-S360 and DVP-S530D....filed April 10, 2003 in Illinois. I intend to try to add the S350 to that list...or see if they can file another lawsuit for other models.
