I just this brand new system and hooked it up to the power outlet to discover that there is a problem with the mechanical system that ejects the CD or DVD tray. I press on the eject button for a specific Tray and all that I get is a sound of a click and nothing happens. What Am I doing wrong. How can I resolve this issue.
