dvd player hangs

Hi, in 5 years, i have know the third player whith the same symptoms: it begins with a slight freeze which will happen more often until to a complete hang of the player (only pulling the power cord will help).
This happens 2-3 times while looking a film.
I have had a Hitachi, a Micromega on which even the laser unit has been exchanged and now a H&B.
Meanwhile we have moved to a new house and now my brandnew H&B begins with the same problem.
It happens randomly on buy DVD's wich are very clean.

My question to the pro's: may it be a problem with power peaks in the circuit or even audioboxes which are to close ?
I have tried everything and everytime, after some months, the player will be almost dead.
