Hi,
anyone know anything about these speakers? I was just given a pair from a neighbor moving away, and not wanting to transport these enormous things. They are 52" Tall, 37" Wide, and 17.5" Deep. No wattage is listed, but it says 8 ohms for both single and bi-amp "strapping". Apparentally, aside from a few cosmetic nicks, they are in perfect condition, but I'm hesitant to try them, mainly b/c I'm not sure how to power them. Can I just hook them up to my amplifier (which is 130 Watts) or do I need some kind of booster?
I've been looking to upgrade my stereo equiptment lately, and I'm hoping these speakers have given me a nice jump on that. I've heard of Bozak before, but never this particular model, and I can't seem to find much about it online. I'm wondering what sort of amplifier (I'm partial to tubes) would suit these speakers well.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
