Hi Guys I have been using the Bose 802 series II speakers for the past 8/9 years & have being thinking of upgrading to the series III, I recently tried a couple of the series III speakers along with the 1800 V amp & the old 802c controller, the sound was very dissapointing so I tried using the eq cards in the 1800V amp, again the sound was very dissapointing with a huge difference in the bass response compared to the old speaker, has anyone used the series 3 speakers with the new Panaray system digital controller & if so what was the sound quality compared to the old series II speakers, I am more than happy with the sound & reliabiltiy of the series II speakers & as you know it is very expensive to upgrade so I'd be interested in hearing your comments.......
