My Front grills were stapled on. I pried them off carefully. I removed the staples and used sticky back velcro in 6 places to re-attach
My rear grills were held on by small adhesive patches. They also fit into a groove in the side panels of the speakers. I just pulled them off by hooking somthing into the openings at the two plastic framed ports.
You will likely find that the surround foam on the individual speakers is deteriorated. There are repair kits available from bose or on e-bay.
I repaired my own with no problems but it is tricky to come up with a way to press (ie hold pressure) the new surrounds while the glue dries.
