Have lodge a police report. It seems to have little effect. The police explained that since the victims are willing to pay for the speakers, there is an agreement. They will file it as a civil case and has also adviced me to approach CASE for further assistance. BTW, the no. of victims are on the rise. In fact, one victim has been approached twice!
