: Hi --just saw the tweeter in question --this tweeter was made in the late 70's early 80's by a fellow whose last name was Long -- he was making a midrange also that looked much the same as the tweeter --He was based in Indiana -- no relation to E.M.Long Associates---- as far as I can remember they were not in production for very long ---hope this helps ---Bob Oliver Winnipeg,Canada)

yeah, two people have said the same thing. Long Engineering or Bill Long but for the life of me I can't find anything further than that. Well now I know he was located in Indiana, thanks.
The first pair is about to sell on eBay, (auction ends about now) they're at $5.50, was hoping to identify them more accurately to target them to someone who may really need them, as in what brand and model speakers they actually sold in.
