well, looking at the back of my 802's, it APPEARS that pin 1 is (+) and pins 2 and 3 are tied together as (-) - BUT I use the jack, not the XLR connections.
Make sure and put an ohm meter from pin 1 to pins 2 and 3 to make 100% sure. I'd do it for ya, but my meter is at my house at the moment..!
